On behalf of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) and the Program Planning Committee and Council, we thank you again for your participation in Fire-Rescue International 2016 (FRI) in San Antonio, Texas. We are sure that your participation in this event will make a substantial impact on our attendees, and we look forward to working with you to build the most successful FRI yet!

Please plan to meet the deadlines as stated herein. Your cooperation will improve your experience as a presenter and will ensure a seamless presentation experience for you.

Standard of Conduct Statement

The IAFC is committed to providing a respectful and conducive learning environment for all attendees. As professionals, all presenters, speakers, instructors, and lecturers will conduct themselves in a positive manner reflective of our business. As a prerequisite for presentation at any IAFC program, all presenters are bound by the Standard of Conduct statement. This statement acknowledges that the presenter is aware that the following types of behavior are considered unprofessional and will not be tolerated:

Engaging in rude or unprofessional behavior or disorderly conduct;
Use of language or jokes that denigrate any person on the basis of age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, disability, or sexual orientation;
Use of sexual innuendo to include deliberate or repeated sexually suggestive comments;
Display or use of obscene printed/visual material, foul, insolent, profane, and/or obscene language or gestures.

Presenters are expected to treat all attendees and participants with respect at all times during presentations and while representing the IAFC as a presenter.

Once you successfully login, you will notice that all your presentations are listed on the right of the web page. You can also view the same information by clicking LIST PRESENTATIONS. Choose the presentation you are going to present at the coming conference, and simply follow steps by steps to submit all the required information.
